At our core we believe in creating balanced programs that meet specific and measurable goals. There is no one size fits all solution when it comes to fitness – that’s why we offer several programs with varying degrees of ability and objectives.

OP Tactical

Every operating environment places unique physical demands on military and first responders. With that in mind, our OP Tactical programs are geared towards improving functional strength and conditioning training focused on the various challenges required by the multi-dimensional environments our military and first responders face daily. Tactical programs integrate everything from traditional calisthenics to heavy-load and strength training. Interested in bootcamp style workouts, military-prep training, tough-mudder preparation or general badassery? OP Tactical is for you.

OP Athlete

OP Athletic training programs are focused on improving our athlete’s performance on the field or the court. By integrating custom programs with specific and measurable goals tailored for their sport of choice, we target athletes who want to optimize their strengths and improve their weaknesses. Athlete programs include personalized evaluations before, during and after their program to determine the optimal training capacity and performance for each athlete.

OP Evolve

OP Evolve programs are comprehensive plans focused on improving strength, endurance and flexibility for gym regulars and new-comers. These regimens integrate aspects of our OP Tactical and Athlete programs with a focus on improving overall health and wellness. Our Evolve programs integrate interval training along with strength and endurance training. While injury prevention and flexibility will be a focus of each program, our program puts an emphasis on integrating safe training practices with maximum performance. OP Evolve is for weekend warriors, athletes or current and former military.
